Curriculum

This course offers a comprehensive introduction to Fabrication, Welding, Rigging, and Scaffolding, emphasizing practical skills and industry-relevant techniques.

The program covers a range of welding techniques, including Shielded Metal  Arc Welding (SMAW), Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (TIG), Gas Metal Arc Welding  (MIG), and Oxyfuel Gas Welding.

Students will also learn to safely operate tools such as plasma cutters, oxyacetylene torches, saws, and grinders, with a strong focus on safety protocols in all aspects of the training

Course Objectives

Students will acquire knowledge of the processes and safety protocols associated with Fabrication, Rigging, Scaffolding, and Welding.

Students will develop the necessary skills for effective fabrication, welding, rigging, and scaffolding assembly.

Students will gain an understanding of different ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

Students will become proficient in the fundamental setup and configuration of various fabrication and welding equipment.

WELDING TRAINING PROGRAM

For Beginners

Construction Services

Duration : 40-45 Days

Curriculum

  • Basic awareness of the Oil & Gas sector
  • Welding Processes: GTAW, SMAW, MIG
  • Welding Positions: 1G, 3G, 2F, 3F, 5G, 6G
  • Material: Carbon Steel (CS)
  • Theory: 2 hours daily
  • Practical: 6 hours daily

Eligibility

  • Age Minimum 21 years
  • ITI Pass

For Semi-Qualified Trainees

Duration : 30-35 Days

Curriculum

  • Basic awareness of the Oil & Gas sector
  • Welding Processes: GTAW, SMAW, MIG
  • Welding Position: 6G
  • Material: Carbon Steel (CS)
  • Theory: 2 hours daily
  • Practical: 6 hours daily
  • Coupons: 1 coupon per day

Eligibility

  • Age Minimum 21 years
  • ITI Pass

  • Passing Welder performance Qualification Test (WPQ)

For Qualified and Experienced Welders

Duration : 5-10 Days

Curriculum

  • Basic awareness of the Oil & Gas sector
  • Welding Processes: GTAW, SMAW, MIG
  • Welding Position: 6G
  • Materials: Carbon Steel (CS), Stainless Steel (SS)
  • Theory: 1 day only
  • Practical: 6 hours daily
  • Coupons: 1 coupon per day

  • Age Minimum 21 years
  • ITI Pass
  • Passing Welder Performance Qualification Test (WPQ)

Duration: 30 Days

Curriculum

  • Basic awareness of the Oil & Gas sector

  • Piping/Structural fabrication and fit-up techniques

  • Reading Isometric, General Arrangement, and Piping & Instrumentation Drawings

  • Different techniques of Piping & Structural Fabrication

  • Theory: 2 hours daily

  • Practical: 6 hours daily

Duration: 30 Days
